The Role

What the Role Involves

You will provide high-quality, reliable personal assistant support to adults in their own homes. You'll be carefully matched with clients based on your experience, personality, and approach — ensuring every placement feels right for both you and the individual you support.

Offering companionship and building genuine connections
Supporting with meal preparation and daily routine
Assisting with help at home and daily living tasks
Assisting with shopping, errands, appointments and social activities
Covering local areas

Our clients will not require personal care.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

We're seeking experienced personal assistants who share our values and commitment to person-centred support.

Compassionate, reliable, and professional
Confident working independently
Passionate about delivering unhurried, person-centred support
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Available for weekend work on occasions
Current DBS check or willing to obtain one
Kind, respectful and professional
