Our Story

Built on care, driven by community

iCare4 was founded with a simple but powerful belief: that everyone, regardless of age or circumstance, deserves to live with independence, dignity, and warmth.

Why iCare4 exists

iCare4 was born from a personal place. Founder Ashlea Fisher experienced first-hand how overwhelming it can feel trying to be there for someone you love. Days can quickly become consumed by chores and responsibilities, while the meaningful moments that matter most begin to slip away.

The challenges families face when a loved one needs extra support are often emotional as well as practical — the worry, the guilt, and the difficulty of finding someone truly trustworthy.

iCare4 was created to help individuals maintain their quality of life, while also supporting families balancing work, family life, and the care of loved ones. We understand first-hand how overwhelming it can feel trying to be there for everyone, especially someone you deeply care about.

That's why we set out to create something different: a personal assistant service that feels less like a formal care arrangement and more like having a kind, capable friend by your side — someone who genuinely cares.
